"The hotel was good and the location was great. It was close to the link rail and all the downtown attractions are within walking distance. The guy that checked us in around 6pm didn’t give us much info and we had no view whatsoever. In the morning, there was a different guy at the counter and I overheard him check in another guest and he was very informative and helpful. I told him that the guy who checked us in last night just gave us our room key card without any info about the amenities. "

"The pools are very nice. The outdoor pools are open until 11:00 PM, and the indoor pools until 1:00 AM. That is very generous I think. The wheelchair accessibility is not great, but OK with a bit of help, when others open door for you etc. Sometimes there are towels available at the pool, but in the evenings the attendant and the towels are not there, so you bring towels from your room."

"The room was clean especially the bathroom and linens, but the veranda needs to be clean. Some fixtures were outdated and most TV channels has no signals. Staff were friendly and considerate."

"My room was very clean and neat. Alicia checked me in and was very helpful and quick even gave brochures on places that delivered food to the hotel. Breakfast offered multiple warm options, pancakes, eggs, hard boiled eggs, sausage patties, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal, and grits, I believe. The usual cold cereal , apples and oranges. There was a lot of road noise, not even earplugs could keep the noise down enough. I wonder if asking for a room on the back side of the hotel would be helpful. The location was easy to get to airport and interstate. A free shuttle was also offered at check in. Country Inn and Suites was near, clean and bed was comfortable. I would recommend to others."

"There is a microwave , a small oven and a kettle for boiling water in the kitchen, but it cannot be used for cooking food."

"Clean room, staff members were nice. Marina view awesome. Parking was $25 which I didn’t really think was right because after all we are staying at the hotel. Otherwise nice place to stay "

"The location is ideal and they have a restaurant downstairs that has good food and ambiance. However, the plumbing was horrible and it makes it feel like the toilet was dirty. We didn’t have any views because the windows were blocked off and there is this light that is still on at night so the room is not pitch black. The light is over your head so annoying. There was a woman who was up front who didn’t look happy. I told her about the plumbing issues and she didn’t follow up with us. I would not stay here again. "
