"Loved everything about this hotel. It was close enough to walk to a lot of things and an easy uber from the rest. The gold level staff and housekeeping were exceptional. The breakfast with gold level is well worth the charge and so was the dessert time! Always love the fairmont! Thanks again!"

"Stayed at the Fairmont Gold in Whistler recently. The room itself was very nice and comfortable, but unfortunately the overall Gold experience did not live up to expectations.
The service felt below the standard I would expect from Fairmont Gold. While there is a lounge/buffet for Gold guests, it is quite limited and consists mostly of light snacks rather than a meaningful breakfast or food offering. I would not recommend counting on it as part of the value of the stay.
