"Hi. I planned to stay just for one night on Sep 30th, in the resort to use the pool and get rid of my anxiety and stress. I drove to the resort. When I checked in to the room, I noticed that there is no bathrobe in the unit. I called front desk and they said they’ll send one for me. Then after half an hour, they brought me a 4xxxx size of bathrobe ( my size is M), when I mentioned that, they said oh sorry we’re out. That’s the ONLY size that we have now. They didn’t even try to find one for me, they just said that they’re sorry and I got upset and disappointed. I went to down stairs to get into the pool. A guy was working right before the pool’s entrance room, when I questioned him, he brought a M size bathrobe just two minutes after from the laundry room. That’s the reason I don’t give 5 stars to that resort. Their customer service is not consistently reliable. Sometime it’s offensive. Otherwise everything else was good. Thanks"
