Top Pacific Northwest Hotel Reviews

The Paramount Hotel
6/10 Okay
"There was only one elevator working for the entire hotel, and being in a high floor was inconvenient sometimes. Also, there was no connection to the restaurant in the lobby and unable to make and order from your room. Just felt like there could have been more in terms of making sure guests were comfortable with the set backs. Staff at front didn’t seem like they wanted ti be bothered."

Fairmont Vancouver Airport In-Terminal Hotel

"nice view clean room. Worth it for a 14 hours layover"

Pan Pacific Vancouver
10/10 Excellent
"Perfect property if you’re gonna be leaving on a cruise, beautiful pool, beautiful location great rooms great staff"

Harrison Hot Springs Resort and Spa
4/10 Poor
"Completely blown away by how dumpy the property is. We were upgraded to a room that was decent but friend and family that we were staying with rooms were disgusting and dirty. Carpets were stain walls had damage just felt like a dive motel. For the amount of money that they charge I can’t believe people still come here. We won’t be back so many other hot springs to visit in BC with much better amenities and friendlier staff. It honestly felt like everyone in the town was under paid and made you feel like because you were there you were the problem. Terrible hotel again won’t be back."

Pinnacle Hotel Harbourfront
6/10 Okay
"Hotel rooms are very old looking and outdated but the breakfast was good."

Hotel Willo (formerly YWCA Hotel Vancouver)
10/10 Excellent
"The hotel was clean and in a perfect location for us. There are plenty of food options and activities in the area. The hotel features three full kitchens for those who prefer to prepare their own meals. Additionally, there is a fantastic lounge on the top floor where you can enjoy a view of the stadium, people-watch, or simply relax as a couple while reading and enjoying some quiet time."

Mediterranean Inn
10/10 Excellent
"Super friendly, clean and perfect location close to food and cruise port. Beautiful view from rooftop."

Radisson Blu Vancouver Airport Hotel & Marina
10/10 Excellent
"Very clean, comfy bed, close to YVR, very nice staff."

Executive Hotel Pacific
2/10 Terrible
"We arrived at 10:00 AM and were told that our room would be ready by 4:00 PM. At 4:00 PM, it still wasn't ready, and we didn't receive the room until sometime after 5:00 PM. The air conditioning wasn't working; I called the front desk and also sent a message. They promised to fix it, but when we returned that night, the situation remained unchanged. At the front desk, they claimed they didn't have the staff available to fix it and that there were no other rooms available. The heat in the room was unbearable, and we had to take several showers throughout the night to cool down. The next day, they sent a maintenance technician who stated that the A/C unit was very old and required replacement parts, but he would attempt to fix it anyway. Upon returning in the afternoon, I found that it still hadn't been fixed. I went to the front desk and asked to speak with the manager. A woman named Halah Al-Asadi claimed to be the manager; she told me that there were no rooms available and that they were in the process of transitioning the air conditioning systems between seasons. She offered only to send someone to open the window and provide a fan, and said they would issue a 20% refund. She sent a staff member who forced the window open—propping it slightly ajar with a tissue box—making it extremely difficult to sleep due to the street noise. I never received the promised refund, and Ms. Halah had lied; she was not the manager—her actual title was Sales Coordinator—and the air conditionin"
