Top Pacific Northwest Hotel Reviews

Mediterranean Inn
10/10 Excellent
"This was probably the best experience at a hotel in Seattle, I'm from Portland Oregon and I've been to Seattle multiple times and stayed at different hotels but this is my first time at the Mediterranean and I loved it. I'll probably stay here every time from now on. "

Pan Pacific Vancouver
2/10 Terrible
"To begin we booked our room a few weeks in advance for two adults and one child. We also requested that we needed to have a roll away bed for our son. The website gave us a choice of a king bed of two double beds. We choose a king for us and sent an email to the hotel that we were not just requesting but needing an extra bed for our son.
We were really disappointed with the hotel. We had booked a king room with a roll away bed for our son. We found out once we had arrived that there was not enough room for the extra bed. They insisted that we were to have a 2x double bed room. My husband and I tried to explain that we would still need a separate bed for our young son. We are not tiny people. We (Two bigger sized adults) do not fit comfortably in a double bed and our son move around a lot in his sleep. Their attitude was like tough. This is what you get. But we can up grade you to a harbour view. Which turned out to be a pool view only. The hot tub water was dirty and the jets did not work.
When we went to check out we were greeted the same way we had the night before. I am finding the customer service at this hotel has gone down hill and we will not be returning. "

The Burrard
8/10 Good
"Higher beds would be nice"

Hyatt Regency Vancouver
10/10 Excellent
"One of the friendliest and nicest hotels I have stayed at in a while. Highly recommend. "

Executive Plaza Hotel Metro Vancouver
10/10 Excellent
"The restaurant wasnt opened till 4 or 5, other than that 5 stars"

Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre
10/10 Excellent
"The hotel was very nice. We went to use the pool and hot tub and found it had very large exercise facilities. The hot tub wasn’t particularly hot but it was a nice escape. There were two hot tubs but one was only open on the last day following maintenance. "

Radisson Blu Vancouver Airport Hotel & Marina
8/10 Good

Fairmont Vancouver Airport In-Terminal Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Very convenient for airport takeoff or late night landing. We've been using this property many times and will continue to do so."

Fairmont Empress
4/10 Poor
"We stayed for two nights with a baby and were unfortunately disappointed with our experience. On the first night, the heating system was not functioning, the blinds were broken (limiting the view), and the windows were noticeably dirty. Maintenance attended twice in the evening but was unable to resolve the heating issue. Although we were provided with a portable heater, the room remained uncomfortable and we did not get a restful sleep. We also requested a room change, but none was available at the time.
The following day, a staff member kindly arranged an upgraded room, which we appreciated and found to be an improvement. Overall, the staff were courteous and made an effort to assist, which we do value.
That said, given the price point (over $1000), the experience did not meet expectations for a high-end hotel. The building is old, with issues such as condensation on the windows and underperforming ventilation. For a hotel of this standard, we would expect all rooms to consistently meet a high level of quality.
While the service was positive, the overall stay did not reflect the value paid, and based on this experience, we would likely consider other options in the future.
