"I had a 4 nights stay and it was conveniently close to what we needed to do. Kevin and Laura @ the reception were great. The housekeeper on floor 11th was nice and hard working. Wonderful customer service. At the restaurant the morning buffet was delicious however the staff needs more training in customer service. No eye contact with customers, no attention to details like bringing water or asking if we need anything. We had to get our own water, coffee, juice etc Other than that was a wonderful experience. "

"This hotel was slightly isolated from the main attractions of the city. However, it was very clean and had good amenities. It also featured a nice breakfast buffet and friendly staff."
