"This is very convenient, we have stayed there a few times. The buffet is not worth it, the last time it was mediocre at best for dinner and breakfast, not worth what they charge."

The only downside about the whole stay was in room 415 and the air-conditioner was not working Properly so I had very little Sleep. They staff looked at the problem but no resolución. This was the only Reason I could not Rate the resort higher."

"This is a lovely hotel surrounded by nature and well located at the Pacific entrance of the Panama Canal. You can see the vessels in and out very close. Rooms are nice and spacious, breakfast is good. There is a TGI Fridays in the premises. Great experience."

I was welcomed in my language with a cold bottle of water, they invited me to sit while someone took my luggage upstairs and turned on the air conditioner, and they have maps showing restaurants and other sites in the immediate vicinity. "el apartamento esta muy comodo, la habitacion, muebles y todo limpio, excelente vista, que estuvo promedio: a) no habian toallas de playa. b) no se puede pedir para hacer BBQ. c) problemas de internet al llegar que ni lo de la recepcion sabia cual era la red. d) el aire del cuarto estaba como malo. e) falta que el personal de las instrucciones bien, no indicaron exactamente donde era el parking, tampoco el edificio, no indicaron que no habia toallas de playa, tampoco que no podiamos pedir el uso...
