"This was by far the worst hotel I stayed in, in Boston. The hotel is poorly designed and laid out like a hospital. The rooms are difficult to find and numbered in a strange way. The staff were not helpful. As I was checking out, I waited quite a while to speak to the lady at the front desk, who was on a call and kept me waiting for 20 minutes, at which point I had to leave for work. "Our favorite hotel in seaport, Boston. Rooms are small but manageable. Hotel located centrally to seaport and is a bridge over to downtown and north end. Hotel also sits above the SILVER LINE, which means free bus ride from Logan to Courthouse and only $2.50 for the return trip to Logan. Best part, the food options around the area is incredible. "We had a wonderful stay. Location was perfect. We were able to walk to so many locations and to get on the train was right outside the door of the hotel. And the staff was amazing.
