Nice welcoming spa/hotel. Room large with plenty of space and amenities. Use of spa ( not treatments) was a welcome bonus, but you need to be out by 10 am and return after 5pm if you are there for a few days if you have the bed and breakfast package only. Lovely hotel on the university grounds. We chose it because it was dog friendly and it ended up being perfect! We were put on the ground floor with patio doors leading out to the park area, which was great for our dog, super easy.
