"Die Ocean Lodge auf Langkawi war wundervoll, vor allem Dank der liebevollen Gastgeber Nanthi und Didi. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, das Frühstück genossen und viele Tipps von Didi bekommen. Er hat unere Touren gebucht und alles hat immer super geklappt. Wir können die Ocean Lodge absolut empfehlen und vielleicht schauen wir eines Tages wieder vorbei. DANKE!"

"The landscape looks tired and need improvements, and also the interior of the bathroom already looks old and definitely needs renovation. FnB service was pretty bad, we ordered room service then after waited for more than 1.hr they called us and told us that they forgot to process our order and will process later and gave us as complimentary. We finally got our order after almost 2hrs !!! At the breakfast , i ordered some eggs then after we finished breakfast the eggs never came "

"Everyone is very happy and friendly. There are staff constantly cleaning the public areas. The bed is very comfortable. The pool is open great hours 8am - 8pm. The pool is very very clean even after the rain. "Absolutely exceptional 5* hotel, proper resort on a tropical island Don’t pass go, just book now! Incredible customer service, wonderful staff, sumptuous suite with even more comforts you could imagine, beautiful bar, gorgeous relaxing pool area, incredibly tasty food and drink and the excursions were incredible too. Big shout out to the housekeeping team, room service and the local drivers we hired for airport pick up and drop off and Kamil our chauffeur for the day of fantastic excursions...

"I repeatedly reminded the front desk, both at check-in and at check-out, NOT to use the pre-approved card claim for the deposit. There were no payments to be made against the deposit. Yet the full deposit was charged to my card! And after three days, it was not credited back. A shame, fraud!"
