"The place was great, and the staff were friendly and welcoming, which made my stay enjoyable. The only thing I wish could be improved is the breakfast buffet. It would be wonderful to have more authentic Malaysian food available at an affordable price, rather than mainly offering typical American-style breakfast options and meals. This would give guests a chance to enjoy local cuisine and experience mall of Malaysian’s rich food culture. Overall, I had a pleasant stay, and I hope this suggestion will be considered to make the experience even better for future guests."

"An absolutely amazing place to stay. Full of history and the house tour is a must. You are staying in a tourist attraction! The location is ideal for the old part of George Town, easily walkable. It’s located adjacent to a food market which to play music until quite late, finishing between 11pm and midnight. This didn’t however takeaway from the remarkable place that this is."

"Everything was clean throighoit the whole hotel. Premium quality finish on Premier room. Pool/bar area was a nice place to chill with a good city view. Gym was good, could just do with with a few more weight machines in my opinion. All staff very friendly 😃"

"It was a wonderful experience we stayed in OZO . The bed is super comfy and we have a really good sleep . The stuff was super nice and super helpful . And love the parking system with lift . We don’t have to drive all the way up to the multilevel parking . Simply drive your car into the lift and it will bring you to the parking lot . It was an easy and quick parking system . Well done 👍 Dont worry the Ozo stuff will be there to assist you . Would love to come back again 👍😍 From. Jim & Jasica"
