The staff were friendly and very helpful, the room was extremely clean and the breakfast was good. Plenty to walk to nearby. The only noise was from the nearby mosque which will be a problem anywhere in Penang.

A happy repeat guest. The hotel makes good use of the Penang shophouses it has been refurbished from. Great service and charming property.
