"Nos hospedamos con nuestro bebé de 9 meses durante 3 noches, está ubicado en una buena zona, tranquila y segura, para llegar es muy fácil. También cuándo llegamos el personal fue super amable y nos ofrecieron una cuna para nuestro bebé. La habitación de muy buen tamaño, limpia y el baño impecable. Lo único es que habían un poco de mosquitos en la habitación. De resto una estancia muy buena, sin duda regresaremos."

"Cet hôtel est le lieu parfait pour séjourner à Venise. Ce fut ma deuxième fois de séjourner dans cet hôtel et j’en garde un excellent souvenir. En revanche, j’aurais aimé qu’il y ait un séchoir dans notre salle de bain. De plus, ce que j’ai trouvé dommage c’est que tout est fermé à partir de 22h (le restaurant ainsi que le bar). Dans une optique d’amélioration continue de leur excellent service, il serait intéressant d’installer des distributeurs automatiques dans le hall pour les petites faims...

"Only stayed fo the evening. Staff when are arrived was so sweet and very kind. She helped us figure out the bus system to Venice. We left very early next morning so only spent and evening an the morning staff (gentleman) was also very very helpful and kind. The building was a bit disappointing for a BW. It really needed an update. Carpets didn’t feel clean. Light in bathroom didn’t work. Extr pillows in the cupboard were not clean. The outlet by the bed didn’t work appeared...

"We booked a suite/connecting rooms, and it was surprisingly spacious. There was plenty of room for all our things (and the girls' various outfits!) without us feeling like we were tripping over each other. The location is a major win for families. It’s a very easy 10–15 minute walk to the train station, which gives you direct, hassle-free access to the heart of Venice in no time."

The understated quality was evident from the moment we checked in when we were invited to the garden for a glass of wine whilst the check-in paperwork was done and our bags taken to the room. The happy hour, the helpful staff and the breakfast were superb. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to be within walking distance of the beach tourist sites but still have a sort of oasis to which to retreat."

"Great hotel ideally situated to explore Murano and beyond with good links to Venice and surrounding islands only a short walk away. The staff are professional, friendly and helpful. The rooms are of a high standard and the bed is made daily along with a fresh supply of towels. We had a lagoon view and the gentle lapping of the water and views across the lagoon were a welcome sight each morning. Breakfast was plentiful. Fresh fruit, cereal, meats and cheeses as well as a hot selection of bacon,...

"Breakfast was good but no shops near by. Taxi cost 20 euros from airport. Near by but cannot walk need a taxi or car to reach. Taxi to venice £45 for 2 people sharing was good too. Room very clean, staff very helpful. "
