"The hotel is located on a beautiful part of the island and the highlight was the private seating by the beach bar. Very peaceful and scenic. The food was not great. The Zatar restaurant was the exception and was an excellent dinner. The shades in the rooms are not darkening at all. It feels like you are sleeping outside once the sun is up. Also we switched to a sea facing room bc the traffic on the city view side kept us up. The kids did enjoy the slides and the entertainment."

"After reading some reviews I was very apprehensive but I was very pleased with my stay. The check in was very easy despite arriving out of reception hours as key was left in a safe for collection. The apartment was spacious, excellent air conditioning with a fantastic balcony. The room was clean and towels were changed after a few days but I would have liked to have bedsheets changed. "The room was clean and they have refurbished. The AC however has not been update. We had to call maintenance out as the room was not cooling. They came and adjusted but still not cold. Was advised that the hotel set the temperature and cannot be taken cooler. Lovely choice of breakfast and everything fresh. Overall outdoor spaces were clean. Adult pool is not a thing. "Die Anlage ist sehr klein für so viele Menschen. Außerdem war der Außenbereich sehr schmutzig, überall lag Müll und es war dreckig. Die Außenpools waren nicht besonders gepflegt und sehr trüb. Der Innenpool war in Ordnung. Die Zimmer sind extrem hellhörig, man hört jedes Wort aus dem Flur oder Nachbarzimmer. Das Essen war ok, aber wenig Auswahl. Dafür war das Personal zum Großteil sehr nett und zuvorkommend."
