My wife made a mistake on the date she made a reservation for. Right after the reservation email came we saw it was wrong and we called Expedia to try to change the date. Expedia told us to talk to the property (that they would have to approve the change). We were in Page at the time so we went over there. They said we would need to speak with Expedia to approve the change. Then the lady at the counter got manager on the phone and she refused to allow us to change the date to when we need it in a few months. The date my wife mistakenly scheduled was for March 22, 2026. On March 19, 2026 (three days before our stay) Expedia withdrew the full amount. I’ve never been charged the full amount days BEFORE the date of the stay. All Expedia said was talk to the property. All the property would say is talk to Expedia. No flexibility to accommodate a customer.
