The appartment was spotless. The kitchen well stocked with utensils, and there was milk, coffee and tea etc . Marilyn welcomed us warmly and told us othings to do and see in the area. A wonderful host.

It was a beautiful location and the apartment was very nice with a full size couch and recliner. It also has an awesome balcony with sitting and a view. Absolutely loved the owner, Margaret. She was so nice and accommodating. If we had know how great this property was, we wouls have booking a longer stay!

Excellent accommodation with great views

Our host was welcoming and added nice touches to the accomodation to make it a very pleasant stay. Comfortable and of a good size with a balcony with a great view over the town & bay. Car parking is fine but be aware that there is a very steep drive up to the property for both vehicles & pedestrians. Centrally located with only a 10 minute walk to the town centre and harbour.

Excellent views, great location

Lovely stay at a comfortable property. Marilyn was very responsive and helpful. Our unit was well appointed and the kitchenette had everything we needed. The couch was super comfortable to relax and read or watch tv. The bed was a little worn, but we slept well. The deck is wonderful and gives an excellent view of the sea and the amazing sunrises! The driveway is steep, but there was plenty of space to park. The whole town is walkable from the unit. It gave us great access to food and to the ferry to Russell. We also drove out to the Treaty Grounds, which were amazing to see.

중심가와 가까운 위치면서 조용한 곳에 있어요. 넘 깨끗하게 관리되어서 쾌적하고 편안하게 지내다 옵니다. 사장님도 너무 좋으시고 친절하세요. 숙박객도 딱 2팀이 끝이라서 정말 프라이빗하고 좋습니다. 강추합니다.

Absolutely Beautifully Blissful

We wanted to end our two week holiday in New Zealand with 4 days in Paihia. We chose Absolute Bliss Apartments because they sounded luxurious, and we weren't disappointed. First of all, Marilyn greeted us on arrival and is an absolute gem. She is kind-hearted, helpful, and sincere, making us feel so welcome. The two fully self-contained apartments sit on the side of a hill, providing a magnificent view of Paihia. The apartments are super spacious, and Marilyn keeps them in immaculate condition. The large balconies and outdoor seating allow you to enjoy the view and serenity of the area on a warm night. Being on a hill means accessing the property via a driveway that may at first appear a little challenging, however the oasis that awaits you is well worth the effort. Parking is available at the top, and a beautiful lift allows you to transport luggage up to the second floor. If you choose to walk up and down the driveway each day as we did, it gets easier with each trip and we gained the bonus of getting to know extra leg muscles we hadn't used in years. The main street in town is right in front of the driveway, and you can enjoy a meal at a nearby restaurant or at the water's edge within minutes. Thanks to Marilyn sharing her home with us, our memories of this holiday will be something we will always treasure. We can't wait to return.

We had a wonderful stay in a perfect location. The view was amazing and the location was quiet, yet it was only a few minutes walk to many shops and restaurants.

Beautiful property with views of the bay and within walking distance of everything in Paihia. The owner, Marilyn, was extremely helpful and accommodating. She booked a boat outing for me in advance of my arrival and even picked me up from the bus stop for an early check-in. An excellent experience from start to finish.

Great location, comfortable B and B

Great location 5 minutes walk to the main wharf where tour boats start and many restaurants. Continental breakfast was excellent. Note that the drive way is very steep with a sharp turn.

Marilyn is an exceptional host. The location of the property is ideal for proximity to the wharf and other attractions. The units are perfect for a couple and are furnished very well. We had a great visit and would stay here again in a heartbeat

The view, accommodations, and the service was spectacular. Marilyn went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Gourmet breakfast on the deck , booking our day trips and going above and beyond to make us comfortable. My wife and I really enjoyed sharing a glass of wine chatting with Marilyn and her friend Ismay. Highly recommend this property.

A lovely setting with a view of the water. All the amenities you could wish including a well stocked kitchenette, good coffee, comfortable bed, sofas, tables inside and out. Our host Marilyn was delightful and gave us many good suggestions of places to visit and more.
