"There was only one roll of toilet paper, and it was more than half-gone? I thought that was bad house keeping.
Also, the fridge for room 105 is on low settings but somehow turned my water and soda (both on different shelves) into solid ice. I wasn't able to drink anything I stored in the fridge until it thawed out driving home. "

"Rooms have a cool retro vibe and the staff are great. I was a bit disappointed because prior to booking I had called and specifically inquired about the pool and if it was up and running and unable for the evening. After booking, when we arrived we were informed that in fact one of the pool heaters were not working. I did use the pool but not long as it was colder than expected. Just be honest in advance, otherwise all was fine. Did enjoy the fire pits. "

"Room was clean and recently refinished but layout of room was terrible. Sink is right by entry door so there’s often a traffic jam, and it’s in a little cubby so sharing the mirror and countertop is impossible.
Also the pool and hot tub doesn’t open until 10am so it’s impossible to use the hot tub before checkout. Very disappointing.
Also breakfast was not great, the eggs were like hard pucks. "
