"Bed was very hard (okay for me but maybe not for everyone). Shower is just a shower head in the bathroom, no shower curtain or anything. Weird smell from the AC. Overall comfy and cheap, good vibes from the whole building. "

"I had a great stay at Loft13 Hostel! It was an excellent value for the price. The hostel was very clean, and everything was well maintained. The highlight of my stay was definitely the staff—they were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything I needed.
I also really appreciated having access to the washer and dryer, which was so convenient during my trip. As a bonus, the city views from the windows were beautiful, especially at night. I would definitely stay here...

"Room was decent size and clean. The free washer and dryer on the 3rd was nice to have available. Only complaint is that mattress was a little too firm for my liking, but wasn't terrible and I still able to sleep well enough. I would rebook here again. "

"I liked how close the room was to the Subway. It’s likely my fault for not reading carefully but not having an elevator with wheeled luggage was not fun. I had to step sideways up the stairs also because the flat part of the steps did not fit my feet. I actually stumbled at the last part of the steps when leaving. Nice room if you have just a backpack."

"We chose this hotel because of the proximity to the subway and Myeongdong shopping district, and also for the in room kitchen and washer/dryer. They also have a 24hr convenience store next to the lobby which we visited at least once a day to buy ready to make food, ice cream, and drinks. I LOVED the buffett breakfast which had the typical eggs, bacon, cereals, pastries but also had Asian food, seasoned vegetables(PanChan), hotpot, and fresh fruit. Adding the breakfast when we reserved the room was well worth it.
The only downside was the large amount of construction around the hotel which took up most of the view from our patio. It also forces you to walk down a rundown alley to get to the subway.
I would definitely stay here again for the convenience, the cleanliness, and the breakfast."
"Overall very good experience as usual. We have used the same hotel multiple times already. Only one comment is the choice of bread for breakfast buffet.
Definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Seoul!"
"This is a beautiful 5 star hotel. I recommend it highly. We stayed in the executive tower for 3 nights. The staff is attentive and available to deliver top service. The amenities include pool, sauna, shopping and golf. The dining options are very high quality and varied. The rooms are elegantly decorated with attention to detail and many extras.
I am looking forward to returning to this hotel."
"We stayed at the Ena from 7/20-7/22. The hotel is well situated, very close to sites, coffee shops, bakeries convenient stores—Nice to CU and 7-Eleven, restaurants, Seoul Station, shopping, etc.
The front desk and concierge, especially Alice Kim, was exceptionally welcoming, kind, cheerful, and always ready to assist. My daughter and I had been looking for a nail salon and were not able to secure appointments. Alice found Coco Nail—five minute walk from Ena, booked our appointments, pulled up Coco’s Instagram to allow up to look at designs, printed NAVER map directions, address, time, and marked it on the hotel’s calendar for staff to remind us of the appointment the next day. Our nails turned out fabulously and the owner was very kind.
Our room was spacious, comfortable, and modern. We had great views all around. We were so comfortable that we stayed in one day and binged watched the entire second season of Wednesday on Netflix😂!
We can hardly for our next trip to Korea/Seoul and will certainly stay at the Ena again!"
"We were here for a night following a long flight from the US. The shuttle was on time and took 30 minutes to arrive at the hotel. The clerk was very helpful, getting us checked in with 5 minutes.
The room was very clean and comfortable. The shower had great hot water, the beds were great, and it was very quite.
We didn't have their breakfast, but went out for coffee and a pastry at The Bake at the subway station next door.
We notice several restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.
We would certainly stay there again."
"Excellent hotel with beautiful rooms, extremely comfortable bed and excellent staff. Enjoyed the Chinese restaurant and the lobby lounge during the stay. Very high quality hotel providing first class service. Highly recommend the Shilla."
"Received an upgrade for my room. The front desk was nice and friendly. Breakfast is ok for commercial customers. Location is good because it is near the subway station and also a lot of restaurants opened til midnight."
