Overall, a nice place
Clean, new hotel. Friendly desk staff. The breakfast buffet had multiple options. The room had only a small window and all of the lights were near the entrance making it inconvenient when going to sleep and needing to turn out the lights. Limited basement parking, empty lot next door also used for parking. The cleaning staff thwarted my eco-friendly habits by disposing of a reusable coffee tumbler.

Nice hotel, but not much privacy
This was a really nice hotel in a great, convenient area. Our only complaint was the way the hotel staff was constantly surveilling us on their myriads of cameras. We felt like we were being followed everywhere and were even wondering if there were cameras in the rooms. They told us when when of our teens were still in their rooms, told us we left a door open as we were leaving… among other things. I felt like our privacy was invaded.

I promise that we never install any cameras in guest rooms. Our cctv system records the lobby, parking lot, and hallways for guest's security like any other hotels. I am sorry again you felt that way, and I will keep eyes on our security system to make guests feel comfortable. Thank you again.

Lovely location
Lovely hotel for a short stay. Super location across the road from a train station, close to a beautiful park with a lake and many restaurants. Only criticism is it has no closet space or in-room safe.

Hotel Sienna Boutique GREAT!!!
That hotel was in a convenient location to do all we wanted for the time we were there. Easy access to restaurants and the Staff were pleasant and very helpful. Planning to visit them again before I leave South Korea.

Nice hotel
Good hotel. Breakfast okay, area was okay is well. Not much but was there for business in the area so fine for me. Could have been better with gym facility. Had 1 time false fire alarm, would have been nice if they also pronounce what is going in english.

Convenient location, clean room, nice staffs
it's about 5 mins to subway and convenient store, location is not bad, peaceful and quiet Room is small but clean, bathroom is quite big. I will definitely stay there again.

This is the 4th time that I'm staying at Hotel Sienna. Really like the place. Friendly staff and good quiet location. Near to train station, eateries and convenience store. Will be back.

Great Hotel in Paju
This is my 3rd time staying at Hotel Sienna. A peaceful place to relax with nearby park for a nice morning walk. Shops and train station are within walking distance.
