"Absolutely disgusting, would not recommend staying here. Unhelpful staff, room had not been cleaned, urine all over the toilet, carpet pure filth, smell was horrendous. Worse than a dog kennel. Moved to a different motel, staff refused refund"

I believe there were passengers from stranded flight and looked like shortage of staff to cater for breakfast needs. Not enough cutlery, no glasses and cups for drinks, no fruit juice. People were eating on sofas or else they'll have to wait too long for tables. Better organisation of staff and resources/facilities would have been less chaotic."

Main reason we stayed was for the carparking near the airport yet their parking is $2 more per day than most hotels in the area and I was charged 3 days parking even though my car was not even there 48 hours. On the whole, I wouldnt stay again "
