"We were sad to find that the hotel "já era." It seems to be relying on large groups that come and stay, and with the exception of someone at the front desk who I believed was named Renato, you could come and go through reception and not be greeted. The staff seemed slightly demoralized. The lighting in the halls and rooms was really terrible. The place has a good structure, but needs some loving investment."

"It was a beautiful property but the breakfast was very expensive compared to other properties in the area that provided the same type of breakfast but it was included in the rate. But other than that the staff were great, the location fantastic and the food and wine were very good. Would recommend it."
