"Good location not too far from the main sites but with the advantage of being in a quieter area. We basically needed somewhere to sleep as we were out sightseeing most of the day and so did not use the hotel facilities or try the food there. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. However it doesn’t feel like a 4* hotel for the following reasons- room furniture and bathroom dated and looks old/worn, very cheap toiletries provided and a poor selection of amenities, no complementary water in the room (not even a couple of bottles when you first arrive). We didn’t really interact with the staff but on the first night I mentioned the safe was not working and we needed an iron. There was no response and we had to request the iron again in the morning. "

"I loved Seville, and I know that when I return I will most definitely be staying here again. The service is above board. The staff really go out of there way to meet the needs of everyone. This kind of service and attention to details is what makes this place a step above, and can make a trip way more enjoyable."

"Very nice hotel with spacious, clean rooms. Breakfast was amazing with a lot of choices. The location was not exactly downtown but there were taxis right outside the hotel at all times."

"The breakfast menu was ok but limited to just continental. There isn't enough option. Should include fruits and a cooked breakfast for those who prefer it. Should also cater for dietary requirements such as alergies, celiac disease and diabetes. For example, I try to avoid a high carbohydrate diet because I am borderline diabetic, so I eat mostly fruits, eggs, bacon, fresh meat sausages, beans and vegetables but I felt like I wasn't given that choice. There's always room for improvement. "

"Despite the extremely friendly staff, we would never want to come back because this property is too old and deteriorated to a point beyond reasonable. Expedia should not list it, totally outside the expectations, unfortunately could not find anything else near Seville!"
