We had booked a quadruple room. When we arrived late at night, we found that the bunk bed in the room was broken, and the room (which was on the second floor) had a very strong and unpleasant smell. This was quite shocking, especially the odor coming from the bathroom.
Because the bunk bed was broken, the staff kindly offered us another room. This new room was much better: it was clean and had one double bed and two single beds. The only downside was that access to this room was only by stairs, as there was no elevator for that floor.
The staff were polite and helpful, and the breakfast was good. However, if the room had not been changed due to the broken bed, I honestly don’t know how we would have managed the strong bathroom smell in the original room.
