"I had a fantastic stay at La Casa Juan Ranas. It was mid October so the weather was still warm and the local area was vibrant. The view from my suite’s terrace, was truly breathtaking - the best view of Alhambra! It was memorable having breakfast on my terrace and seeing the whole of Granada sprawling beneath the palace. The staff and hotel owner were great and made sure no request was too much - they were really friendly and helpful, arranging trips to the Alhambra. The food in the hotel...

"The listing was accurate. Very charming and they provided great directions on how to get to the property and parking if you have a vehicle. We did leave a day early due to the fact the WiFi/internet was so lacking we couldn’t do the work/homework that we needed to get done. Yes it would be great to completely disconnect that is not always possible and if you need internet for anything might want to book other accommodation."

"A fabulous experience from start to finish, absolutely made by the wonderful, attentive, friendly staff. The roof terrace was a joy, and the quality of the food and drink was exceptional. Very much a five star experience and Granada is a fascinating city to visit."

"The room is a suite with a kitchen, nice and clean, and affordable. Staff is very nice. We arrived early due to train cancellation by Renfe. We were able to store one backpack there so we could start touring the city before checking in. High-end feeling for sure. Cleaning is offered upon request, but it is not clear if they would charge for that and what is the extra to pay. So try to keep the room tidy if you want to enjoy the whole stay. "

"The lobby is beautiful and the staff incredibly accommodating. Our room was ready early which was fantastic. Room was spacious and lovely. Beds comfortable. Amenities in bathroom was appreciated and good quality. They met every need and being located near the Cathedral was a huge plus. "

"Really good space and the outfit on top floor has a great outdoor sofa with shower even! Bed was firm and pillows comfy with good kitchen AND a dish washer, washing machine downstairs to share with other flats quiet within the building but there are 3 really popular tapas bars right downstairs that go on till 3-4am so if you are a light sleeper you’ll need really good ear plugs!"

"Beautiful hotel with a great view. Very nice to have the terrace bar for drinks and food - and I enjoyed cocktails from the bar in the lounge as well. Comfortable, clean room - ask for a room with a view - that would be fantastic. Convenient for the Alhambra, a quick walk. And a fun walk down to town. Breakfast is expensive but get it included - there isn’t anything real close and it’s cheaper to prepay. Very good buffet breakfast."
