"The hotel is nice and is located on a conviene area. However the room can be cleaned a little more we found the toilet unflush and hair on the shower also there was a strong dog smell in the room."

"During our 3-night stay we ran into issue after issue. When we arrived, there was no one at the check-in window. We waited about 20 minutes before someone finally came out of one of the hotel rooms to check us in. I knew there would be a pet fee, but we were surprised to learn it was $20 per day. We were also looking forward to using the pool, only to find out it had been completely filled in, which was never mentioned anywhere on the website. Once we got to the room, things didn’t improve. The floors clearly hadn’t been cleaned, the toilet didn’t flush properly, the AC barely worked, and the TV was stuck on a tiny, low-resolution display. On top of that, the staff was unfriendly and the customer service was terrible the entire time. On our last night the power went out. When we asked the front desk what was happening, we were met with responses like “How would we know?” and “Dunno” when we asked when it might come back on. We had a 6-month-old puppy with us and couldn’t stay in a room with no AC or lights, so we booked another hotel that night. The next morning we returned to check out and asked about a partial refund. We were told it wasn’t their fault the power went out and that we had to contact the third-party service we booked through. In the end they only agreed to refund half a day. Do not book here. This was an awful experience and a complete waste of money. Honestly, I’d rather sleep in my car than stay here again. I am shocked they’re even open still. "

"clean room, friendly staff. pets stay free. def recommend. ac also works amazingly (at least in room 259!!). had a poor experience at a other hotel and had to find one quickly. anyone that’s been to or lives in st augustine knows durning spring break, you cannot get a hotel last minute. they had only a few rooms left! i thank all of the friendly staff here for getting us in last minute! "

"Very average experience. Blankets seemed like they were cleaned/washed but still had stains. Bathroom curtain also was stained. When TV wasn't working, front desk gave me a TV remote to fix the TV myself. "

"The first room I was assigned had a very unpleasant smell, similar to mold or a wet dog. I was moved to a second room, which was slightly better, but the shower had rust around the drain area. The bed was very uncomfortable, at times the room would be very hot. Unfortunately, I was not impressed with the staff either. They would see you but not acknowledge or greet you, which felt unwelcoming. The breakfast was also disappointing, the food looked reheated and not fresh at all. Overall, this was not a great experience, and I would probably pass on staying here again. "The AC made noises, there was a stain in lamp shade that looked like blood but front desk claims otherwise. Breakfast was ok, we only did one night because the hotel we booked for spring break was booked to add one more night. Value for room we got not worth it."
