"Shabby is the word to describe this property. My room smelled AWFUL, but they couldn’t move me because they were booked. Staff was friendly and empathetic but unable to help. Property has frighteningly slow elevators, and my room included a leaking toilet, shelves barely hanging on the wall (the visible screws coming out of the wall were holding on for dear life), an insanely loud A/C unit (I couldn’t hear the TV over it). My room was clean (although smelly). I would NOT recommend this property."

"I liked it cause it was pet friendly and right on the beach with good beach access. They activities such as music triva and bingo. The negative to me was it wasn't gated... saw a few locals making the outside/pool area busy. You get a wristband for pool access but no one ever checked for it. Overall we had a great time there."

"Loved the space but absolutely did not like the open sink area, sleeping people do not want to hear your noise. The shower/ toilet area was not enough space for privacy, just very disappointed with that bathroom/ sink layout. Another, very obvious issue was the smeary cleaning job on the appliances, didn’t look clean at first impression upon arrival, ughhh…. Otherwise the staff were courteous and very accommodating, we enjoyed our stay"

"The hotel was very nice. But no microwave and the floors in the rooms where filthy. The clean good but pushing that pad doesn't get them clean. I splattered water in the bathroom and took a paper towel to get it up it was gray. Really need a different way for them to use. "
