"I made a horrible mistake and booked thr wrong dates because i had a hole in my macular and could not see well. After my surgery and recovery which was around 1 month I realized the horrible mistake. They refused to give credit and charged room fees as well as over $600 in taxes for a room that was not occupied by me."

The reception is different property which is about 8-10 min drive not so convenient but the staff are very helpful and very accommodating. "We absolutely loved our stay here. The property was beautiful, along with its views of San Gimignano from our room and the Garden Patio. The dinners there are out of this world, and I highly recommend attending. We absolutely want to go back and spend more time here. Was a great place to base out of and explore Italy by car."
