"Staff in good contact before I arrived, arranged for me to drop my bags off early. Huge, clean room, although a bit spartan. Excellent location close to Arch. Museum and right at the entrance to the Rione Sanita area (which is very cool). Although it's very close to the Piazza Cavour, the room was quiet. Staff also helped get me a reliable, on-time taxi to the airport at 5:30 a.m., which was very much appreciated!"

"Erika and Francesco were amazing hosts and their b&b is lovely. The location is great, near to the metro, the rooms are beautiful, spacious, spotlessly clean and very comfortable, and the breakfast brought to your room every day by Erika is delicious. I would highly recommend staying here."

"Super séjour ! L’appart est très propre et bien situé. Ma chambre avait un petit balcon avec une super vue sur la Piazza Cavour. Le café à volonté dans l’espace commun est top, et le petit-déj propose plein de spécialités italiennes avec jus frais. Entrée autonome très pratique, proprio super réactif (ils m’ont même aidé à réserver un taxi pour l’aéroport la nuit). Rien à redire, je recommande à 100 % !"

We loved the old building which was full of character. However the best thing was the host Eugenio - he couldn't have been more welcoming and ready to help us with every detail. "Stayed here for a couple nights and it was very peaceful and clean. The staff was so friendly and made us breakfast every morning. The breakfast only consists of a few groups of people from the floor you’re staying on so it’s enjoyable and you can get some of the best recommendations from the host. "

"Facts: - There is no Breakfast - at the Checkout, you must leave at 10hr with all your belongings. No hold begs if you have late flights. - I got food stolen in the shared kitchen. - Last flor on the building and cost 20 cents to use the lift every time. Opinion - There is a good decoration. - I didn't like the pillow (too high) and there was no another option. - I could easily hear the other guests in their room or kitchen (bad acoustic isolation) "

"Very good location in the middle of everything. It’s a bit tricky to find it but once you do it you’ll be very pleased that you chose them. It’s very clean and modern with the nice sheets for a comfortable sleep. The shower is small but the bathroom is clean and smells jasmine. Coffee is really good. Not a fan of the breakfast pastries because they have too much dough."

It had all I usually miss in other hotels: plenty and good lighting in the bathroom (frontal and not from the top), enough hooks for all the towels and wardrobe, power sockets for phone chargers (incl. integrated USB and USB-C sockets by the night stands).
