"We absolutely loved our stay here and would happily book again. Highlights: Fantastic location — right in the heart of everything you’d want to see and do. Large, spacious room with a very comfortable bed. Air conditioning worked perfectly (a huge plus), and the TV included Netflix. What truly sets this property apart, though, is the staff. Every single person we interacted with was warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Robert at check-in was especially great — he kindly accommodated our request to switch to a room on the other side of the property without any hassle. Breakfast each morning was delicious, and the servers were consistently friendly and attentive. Special thanks to Tanya for starting our days off on such a positive note. One small area for improvement: While everything was clean and the room was spacious, a bit of modern updating would really elevate the overall experience. That said, the comfort, service, and location more than made up for it. A wonderful stay all around."
