Family run and very friendly and helpful with check in and storing luggage after check out. The room was very clean and breakfast was also delicious! Only complaint is that the shower didn't drain properly and the hot water was a bit intermittent, but this is a minor issue. Lovely property and would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend

First off, the location is great! This is a really nice area of Palermo, with loads of designer shops around, as well as nice bars and restaurants. It's a 6 min walk from Teatro Politeama, where you can get on and off the airport shuttle bus and most day trips start from there too. It's about 20 min walk to the old town centre straight down the main road (Via Libertà). Super easy. My boyfriend and I stayed for 4 nights in the La Cala room, which is probably the smallest of the 5 or so that...

The hotel was in a great location and the room was lovely. The host Ivan was also super helpful, we had a delayed flight and he allowed us to check in later than usual. Thanks so much!

Just what we were looking for. Good traditional accommodation with a fabulous terrace. Lovely central location with many of the historical sites within easy walking distance. Staff very friendly and couldn’t do enough to help. Would recommend if you are looking for something more traditional.

The staff were very helpful and kind, lovely breakfast with a choice of drinks, clean and comfortable rooms with amazing views. Close to the centre to go by car and many sights to see.

We stayed here for one fabulous week in Aug 2020; Marco was an outstanding host. He was extremely helpful, easy going and very chatty. He gave us plenty of local info and advice. Thank you for the excellent tip for the best ice cream bar ever :-) We highly recommend this area and Marco's apartments. Special thanks also goes to the lady who insured our apartment was well stocked and always super clean. Overall, this area of Palermo has great train / bus links to all beaches / sites /...

staff, location and room :)

Excellent location , walkable into the historic centre also felt safe and was quiet. Everything was spotlessly clean and the breakfast was delicious. Host communicated well before we arrived and was very welcoming and helpful , couldn’t have been nicer .

A boutique hotel in a converted villa. Many amazing period features and our room was large and spacious. Restaurant serves excellent evening meals and is good value. Spa allows for exclusive use of the pool, steam room etc was is very relaxing. The villa is located around 5km from the beach and Palermo and requires transport to get to either location. Overall if you want a relaxing holiday in a beautiful 17th century villa then this is the place for you.

brilliant experience - a lovely vibe in this b and b efficient but relaxed. the staff are great - really pleasant, helpful informative and interesting people themselves. very caring. Knowledgeable about what to do and where to eat etc. The b and b is in the market but don't let this put you off in any way. the rooms are great and there is a small courtyard area which has lots of plants and is a soft oasis within the city. a nice place to chill after a day sightseeing. This place has to...
