"The Modello Glam Hotel is a wonderful place to stay. I would highly recommend it to all travelers. I want to highlight the excellent staff and the service they provided. The staff were very helpful, courteous, and pleasant. They were willing to accommodate their guests at any time and this was consistent throughout our stay. Our hotel room was beautiful and we paid for the sea view room which was spectacular. I would have rated this hotel 5 stars if not for our hotel room bathroom. There were several issues with the hotel bathroom. First, there was an ant infestation. I tried to tell the front desk but I’m not sure they understood me. We had ants crawling on the bathroom counters and floor throughout our stay. Second, the toilet seat was coming off the hinge and was worn down. I would suggest they replace the toilet seat before a new guest arrives. Finally, the AC does not work in the bathroom as there is no vent. Again, the hotel is beautiful and clean. I was very happy with the hotel overall but just faced an issue with the bathroom in our room. The rest of the room was clean. The bed was comfortable, and the staff was outstanding!"
