"First I want to say is that this was the warmest reception and most welcoming experience we have had at any hotel! Amazing location and parking wasn't too hard to find but we did get in early. My complaint is not with the hotel but with the advertisement of some amenities advertised on Expedia, there is no hotel parking, valet parking, nor a pool and no spa treatment in thetraditionalsense. "Michele was helpful , but getting the address was complicated. After finding the car drop off location, you carry your luggage’s across the street up the stairs like 20 stairs . ( where there is no lights at night) The room did not have a phone, I wanted to call my car rental office. No tissues, and no channels on the TV, I usually like to listen to music in my room. Getting in and out of the Suite building was a bit shady. My recommendation for extra $50/ night , get a hotel ."
