Some wear caused by inconsiderate previous quests.Clean Kitchen with everything you need, Great cold refrigerator, microwave, stove, and kitchenware. Bathroom clean, Large clean shower with hot water. Needs nothing, Great location with good price, Don't know why there are negative comments. This is a quiet place to stay with a clean pool. . "

"The photos listed are not of this property. You are across the street from the ocean. The unit was hodge podge. Only outlet to plug your phone is was above the stove so the cords were hanging down. Tiny coffee maker but no way to plug that in unless you sat it on the stove and used that same outlet. Ceiling fan missing a blade. Water was brownish yellow"

"The outside is a bit rough, but my room was nice. Clean and comfortable. Easy access to the main roads. Friendly staff. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again."

"I booked a King bed with an Ocean View. When I checked in I was told there were no king beds available and when I asked about the ocean view I was told I still had one. When I got to my room yes there was an ocean view if you hung your head off of the balcony and looked way around the corner. "

"Ocean view actually meant a “sliver” of ocean. The actual view was south facing, directly at the Amrit Condos next door. To see the ocean you had to go outside on the balcony and look left, in between the 2 condos on the beach side. Had the description been clearer, we would have booked a different room. It was unfortunate that they don’t tell you the building you are choosing. Again, booking an ocean view and being placed in the second building (street side) does not allow for an ocean view....
