I loved the front desk service and the breakfast service there was a Pakistani lady (Shala) with great service. The only service I didn't liked was the scheduled room cleaning and the very short bathroom witch door was a very closed to the toilet. In general the stay was good and some parts (staff), excellent!

An old building. Could have been cleaner. My son had a bug on his pillow. Not blaming anyone as it could have flown in since we arrived at 9:30pm. Breakfast opened at 7am which was too late for us, since we had to leave at 6am. Nobody to blame. Wish I got to see it in the daylight to have a better opinion, possibly.

I appreciated the service, but I wanted to share one concern. The first room I was given had a very dirty sofa, so I requested a room change. Unfortunately, the sofa in the second room was also dirty. Since I had already paid and was only staying for two nights, I decided to remain in the room. I hope this feedback helps, as I believe paying guests should expect clean furniture in every room. Thank you, and I hope this can be improved for future guests.

The room was perfect. The free breakfast was good, but apparently local service workers have a deal where they can come in and help themselves to the buffet. Problem was they all sat around long after eating and taking up tables. Guests at the hotel had a hard time getting tables to eat their breakfasts. None of the staff did anything about this.
