"Everything was wonderful and we're even accommodated with early check in. Checked in Friday, checked out Sunday. Came back to our room early Saturday evening after a day in the water to find at least 4 housekeepers going through our room as if we're a check out. Dumped the ice (i needed for cold beverages) from our freezer ice maker bin, sprayed/dumped cleaner on the floor all around our toilet...It was so awkward. They just kept cleaning as if we're in the way. I finally told the housekeeper we were fine and they could leave. We're only there 2 days, and the cleaning schedule posted in our room did not line up with these housekeepers tending to our room. Don't get me wrong, we're grateful for a freshly made bed, clean towels and our trash taken out, but anything beyond that for the length of our stay was not necessary. Besides this small mishap, EVERYTHING was wonderful."

"We stayed on the 2nd floor we don't know if the room next door was under maintenance or renovation. When first arrived everything was okay. But the Saturday there was an alarm going off next door and hammering and door slamming. And later on that night we notice a lot of dust everywhere. And the AC would not cool. It seems as if it was light sensitivity and the humidity in the room was super high. Other than that the hotel is great the staff was super friendly and welcoming. The location was perfect 3 minute walk to almost everything."

"The property is sooo beautiful and amazing. The welcome cocktail was delicious and a surprising treat to start the staycation. The staff was friendly, pleasant, and patient. We were there to celebrate my husband's birthday and everyone from the receptionist to the spa ladies made him feel special. Ralston at the Deep End played his favorite music and Baha Mamma made him feel at home. The spa treatments were the best treatments we have had in our lives!! The entire staff took great care of us and did not skimp on the time to complete the treatment or make us feel like we were in paradise."
