"Both pools close at 6pm at Cinnamon Beach. Splash bad is also closed for maintenance. So, if you arrived and wanted to swim, you had to go over to the resort. The garden tub spout needed maintenance, so it took awhile to get hot water to fill it. This condo was beautiful and the view was incredible. The only downside was there were no dish towels in the kitchen, a roach in our shower, and early closer of the pools ."

"Arrived at 3:40 and check in was at 3pm and my room wasn’t ready- beds smelt bad ! Floors were not cleaned!!! Pools shut off before 9pm my keys for my room had to be replaced 2 time! In a 24 hours stay"

"Our room was just charming and the four-poster bed was comfortable for us. We didn’t get a chance to enjoy the Jacuzzi tub or gas fireplace, however they looked well maintained. In general the room was very clean, without any musty smell that you typically find in many waterside inns, and was well-appointed. Our room came with a private balcony as well as a bistro table and chairs just outside our door. The view of the bay harbor was spectacular from the 2nd floor, especially for sunrise....
