"Well, I mostly stay at Marriott properties and this was below par. Main things - dirty elevator which was never cleaned on our 3 night stay. No one would answer the phone when calling from the room after mutliple attempts, and when I walked down to reception...someone was on duty in the back office and not with guests (two times I called with multiple attemps over time. Property itself is OK but not up to Marriott standards IMO. Check in was smooth but they didn't have record of our breakfast package which they said they would make notes and take care of (they verified it). It was not taken care of and the choices are all from the coffee bistro and they are not great when you get them. Not the worst thing though. However, they closed it on day 2 with no notice and said we would receive a $20 credit. It was not a credit, it was 10K points instead. Should have communicated this instead of posting notice that all guests with breakfast package would get $20 credit. I found out this is Marriott name but managed by 24/7 services, an independent company. I think this may be the issue. I would recommend staying at other properties instead of this one. "
