"Wonderful characterful property with a wonderful style. Quality of service and food were outstanding. Within short good value taxi ride of the city whilst being an oasis of calm. Highly recommended"

Le Relais De Marrakech
8/10 Good
"We enjoyed staying in the tent for a couple of nights for a peaceful Marrakech stay. It is a lovely place if you have a car. The animals were friendly - lots of dogs, cats, horses, birds, nature. There is a shop and restaurant on site which is very convenient. Pool and hot tub aren't open this time of year. Towels would have been nicer If they were bigger and staff didn’t clean or change towels while we stayed. "

"The spa was excellent enjoyed several treatments and a swim in the indoor pool.
The staff a super friendly and encourage participation in activities or leave you alone which ever is your thing.

"I stayed at the hotel in winter season. Only one restaurant open. Can’t rate anything else as it was closed. Looked like a great place to be in the summer. "

Be Live Experience Marrakech Palmeraie - All Inclusive
10/10 Excellent
"This is a fantastic hotel for a family holiday. We went with our 3 year old, and there was plenty to do in the daytime and entertainment in the evening. The swimming pool has a great shallow / paddling section, and the splash pool with little slides is great. The kids club is quite well equipped, and the playground and trampoline were a really great addition too.
The staff were all super friendly, probably the best I’ve ever encountered in a hotel anywhere!. The buffets were good - I really enjoyed some of the Moroccan dishes, and of course there were also the general hotel buffet dishes, so there is something for everyone. The drinks were fine- the wine was quite nice and the piña coladas were very tasty!
There were lots of families with children there - ranging from babies to older children, all having a lovely time, so it’s really ideal if you have a family. The evening entertainment included dancing for the children for half an hour before the main entertainment. But there were also plenty of couples /groups of friends too, so I would say the hotel suits everyone. "

"A Solid 4-Star Experience (But Manage Your 5-Star Expectations)
Stay: February 2026 | Resort: Pickalbatros Hotel du Golf
Let me start by clarifying the rating: this resort is advertised as a 5-star property. If you are expecting the luxury level of a Four Seasons, Fairmont, or Le Méridien, you will be disappointed. I would realistically rank it as a high 3-star or a solid 4-star. That being said, if you adjust your expectations, it is still a very decent resort and we had a pleasant stay overall.
Here is the breakdown of my experience:
The Property & Rooms
• Clean and Modern: The public areas and rooms are fairly modern, well-maintained, and very clean. My bedroom was well-appointed and comfortable.
• Room Amenities: While daily tea and bottled water were always provided, I would have really appreciated an ironing board and a coffee maker in the room. The bedrooms have fairly thick doors so the rooms are really quiet at night.
• No Construction: I noticed some previous reviews mentioned ongoing construction, but I am happy to report that I didn’t see or hear any construction noise during my stay.
Food & Drinks
• Great Buffet: The various buffets are a highlight, providing a fairly large selection. They feature outdoor grilling and tagines, a pasta station, and many other options.
• Mediterranean Restaurant Quirk: We made a reservation at the Mediterranean restaurant (a short shuttle drive from the main hotel). Strangely, this alternative dining option only served water and s"
