"The hotel is unique with amazing atmosphere. Staff is friendly and accessible. The decor is exceptional, I loved the black and white with red accents. The rooms were clean and surrounding areas as well besides the pool. Due to the dust the cushions were dirty. Wish they were attended to more frequently. Otherwise we had an amazing time."

"I used to love this resort! It has completely gone downhill. Our room had a leaky faucet and little bugs in the bathroom. It took over 24 hours for maintenance to come out. Housekeeping never cleaned our room. I had to contact them several times for fresh towels, toilet paper, body wash, etc. I had to personally empty our trash cans as they were filling up. On Saturday the main pool was completely closed to guest for a private event. The smaller pool was open, but it was packed trash everywhere....

"This was our first time staying at the Colony Palms and it definitely won’t be the last! The hotel is perfectly located, just 1 street off the main strip but close to many great restaurants. It’s just the right amount of quiet and because we were here on the Memorial Day holiday, there was also the right amount of festive buzz. The restaurant that sets across from the pool is so charming and the decor is beautiful. The food was not the best we’ve had, but because the environment is so wonderful...

"Cool style and a fun hotel, in theory. There was a DJ on Saturday, all day and into the early morning. It was way too loud. It started up again on Sunday at noon when everyone’s vibes at the pool were chill. It was a total mismatch. DJ did not read the room. I’m not a stuffy person and I understood what I signed up for, but the volume was absurd. The rental bikes were in poor (arguably dangerous) condition. The staff were very hit or miss. They’ll also try to sneak a smoking fee on your receipt...
