"Horrible place. Got locked out of my room and the guy at the front desk gave me another room but couldn't get my stuff out of the room til housekeeping came in 6 hours later. I called the Cops to come by and help me out with the situation and while I was in my car waiting there was homeless camped out all over. So the Cop showed up he helped with the situation but I still had to wait 6 hours to get back into my room. Bad vibes all over. I came in tired and wanted a nice place to rest and it turned into a mindfu$&."

"Great location, right In middle of everything and within walking distance. Property is dated but very spacious and great value for the money. Staff are very pleasant and go above and beyond to address any concerns. Parking is convenient for an extra fee. I overall enjoyed my stay and will stay here whenever I return to Palm Springs."

"We arrived at 3:30 pm on the day of our check in, but were told the rooms were not available. We left the hotel and returned at 9:00 pm as we had other plans. The front desk clerk was very friendly, however I’m not sure if he knew where the rooms were in the property as he gave us the wrong directions twice. I kept running around the property from the outside looking for our rooms, meanwhile the rooms were accessible through the lobby of the hotel. Finally, another hotel employee directed us to the right place. It took us 20 minutes going around the property looking for our rooms, which were not acceptable from the parking or the pool side as we were initially told. Other than that, it was a great experience staying at this hotel as it was centrally located to PS downtown and all the restaurants. We were there for one night and didn’t use any amenities. "
