Great location, very nice hotel, friendly staff. Lots of great amenities in the room, and the Skybar is great for breakfast and nighttime cocktails on the roof overlooking the harbor

Great location. Lovely Reception Staff. Great breakfast. Yes, there is a bar on the 3rd floor, which is noisy at night, but it didn't cause us a problem.

This is such a nice boutique hotel. Small but big on service. Very accommodating and helpful of all of your needs. The location is perfect as it is conveniently within walking distance to everything you may want. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Nice hotel in a good location, 6min walk to the old town with many restaurants and shops. The staff and service were excellent. Roof top breakfast was wonderful. The room size is good. A 4stars hotel should have a kettle in the room and a better TV.

Incredible but noisy

Incredible hotel when it comes to location, standard, staff and views from the roof top. BUT my husband and I couldn’t sleep at all for three nights. The noice from the club on the first floor combined with the roof top club and all the people on the streets was insane. We did not sleep at all, on our trip without kids..so that’s a little frustrating. But a beautiful hotel and amazing service, just don’t come here if you’re planning on sleeping.

This hotel is an absolute gem. Best part of Palma. Best breakfasts Best views from great Sky Bar ( pricey but you’re on your hols ) Fabulous staff - especially Paola on reception, who could not have been kinder or more helpful. Bit noisy with people having fun but get yourself a junior suite with no outside view on the second floor for a good nights sleep if you need it. Second time here and we’ll be back. Thank you Hotel Hostal Cuba. You are amazing xxx

Great Hotel in a great location

A little jewel in Santa Catalina District of Palma

Lovely reception staff. Lovely breakfast included. Small but tasteful clean rooms. Best views of the port and city of Palma from the wonderful rooftop bar.

This hotel needs to decide if it's a hotel or a nightclub, your paying customers have no sleep and disruption from your skybar is disgusting, would not recommend this hotel to anyone and the staff need to care about more about your hotel guests instead of focusing only on the drinkers.
