We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful hotel in Mallorca! The property was lovely, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The location was incredibly convenient, making it easy to explore the area and enjoy everything Mallorca has to offer. It was the perfect combination of comfort, charm, and convenience. We had a wonderful experience and would happily stay here again!

The hotel is delightful. The rooms and architecture are amazing and topped off with an incredible roof top pool and relaxation area. However, what really makes this Hotel stand out are the staff Front of house simply can’t do enough for you. They are intuitive, articulate, factual and very impressive They will chat if required and be professional and efficient when this is needed. Overall, an amazing few days away for my bother’s 50th birthday treat. Thank you Sant Jaume design hotel.

Great service, friendly staff, amazing location between the cooler new parts of town (Santa Catalina) and the old town. Nice cozy rooftop with food and drinks service, and a great little plunge pool!

My daughter and I recently stayed at Sant Jaume Design Hotel in Mallorca before she began her semester abroad, and choosing this hotel was one of the best decisions of our trip. Offers gym, rooftop deck, on site massages and breakfast. The hotel is elegantly and simply decorated and in an ideal location for exploring Palma. What really sets Sant Jaume apart, though, is the service. It is truly on the level of other five-star hotels I’ve stayed at. Whether we needed help scheduling outings, arranging drivers, making dinner reservations, or simply figuring out our day, every member of the staff was helpful, kind, and easygoing. We especially loved Maria and Kristina, who were absolute queens at helping organize our excursions, and Mark and Alejandro, who helped with everything from dinner plans to beach towels. They made the entire experience feel elevated while still being relaxed, fun, and completely stress-free. Sant Jaume was such a special part of our Mallorca experience. I could not recommend it more highly and would absolutely stay here again.

Our stay here was lovely. The staff was amazing, friendly and helpful. Going above and beyond to making our stay memorable. Jesus, Daniel, and Pilar made our stay extra special. The hotel it’s self is gorgeous and the small details make the stay an enjoyable one. We will definitely be coming back.

The hotel is in excellent location, very stylish. The biggest asset are their staff who are so incredibly friendly and helpful. Room sadly has literally no view as it looks out on a next building wall but I guess this happens when you that central. I was impressed with how comfy the bed was. There’s a rooftop on 4th floor with fantastic views and great small spa area which you reserve for an hour for private use. Overall great stay!

A very beautiful hotel, specially if you are looking for a calm place. However for being a design hotel it was a bit boring in terms of interior. The place could be improved with some plants and more art. Staff was lovely.
