"Très bien situé. Près des attractions. Stationnements publics à proximité mais dispendieux (35€ par jour). Piscine au toit petite mais agréable et il y à toujours de la place aux chaises longues. Le déjeuner inclus était correct. Notre chambre était grande mais la vue était horrible et sans balcon. Nous avions un lit king, 2 lavabos, une grande douche et une toilette en cabine isolée."

"Really nice property with really nice rooms in a good central location. The spa was really nice, and the Levels area was excellent. Really easy to get to and from the airport. In the old part of Palma and all the activities and shopping around there, great restaurants too. The only downside was when they kicked all the fans watching soccer out at halftime because security wanted to close the bar area, which was really a restaurant, not a bar."

"We had a lovely stay overall. The hotel is in a fantastic location and we chose a sea view room, which was well worth it for the beautiful views. We stayed during peak season, so the nightly rate was quite expensive, but that's to be expected. The property was very clean, although our room could have done with a little updating and it makes. There was a large crack in one of the walls, wooden floor chipped in areas. Units with what appears to be water damage and one of the power sockets didn't...

"The hotel is in a quiet part of the Old Town but only a very short walk from excellent bars and restaurants. Reception staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. The room was beautifully presented. Beds made and fresh towels each morning with a thoughtful treat left each evening. The breakfast was of a very high quality including Cava as an option! On the roof is a terrace bar with loungers and a splash pool large enough to fully immerse oneself. Essential after a hot day. My wife and I felt...
