"The location is good, close to bus lines to the centre of the city. All the staff are super friendly and helpful, and the place is impeccable. However, not all amenities are as advertised, as the Hotel is not completely finished. The pool, the cafeteria and gym etc. are still under construction."

"Wonderful stay in one of the Penthouse suites, advertised as having a Jacuzzi and we wasn't sure if they had a hot tub or not but they do on the rooftop of the apartment. Penthouse rooms consist of a Living area, kitchenette and then off this space a sliding door there is the shower room. The bedroom although not the largest weirdly enough contained the larger of the 2 T.V,s in the apartment. "I had a good stay at this hotel, which has an excellent location close to Born, all the shops, art galleries, and is very easy to walk all around Palma from. The lobby area is very small and the entrance way to the lifts is rather small and cramped, so can get crowded with people coming down the stairs or out of the lifts/people waiting for the lifts. The views of the cathedral and city from the rooftop bar are nice. The room was fine and very clean. There was noise however, especially from the...

"The rooms were clean and well presented with clean towels and beds linen every day. All the staff were polite and friendly The reception staff were knowledgeable and went out of their way to assist you with any queries you had The breakfast were well presented with a great choice to choose from. The only complaint I had was that the hot food in the containers could have been hotter as there was no evidence of any heaters on them"
