"I paid extra for a room with a view of the ocean and I'm glad I did. The bedroom and bathroom were spacious. The bed in room 13 was very comfortable. Tea, coffee, hot chocolate, kettle in the room which was replenished every day. It's not an ultra-modern hotel but everything was spotlessly clean and in good condition. "I really enjoyed staying in this hotel which is just a year old. The buffet-style breakfast had everything you could possibly want, with fresh food being added right until the end of the breakfast sitting, which ended at 11am. I found this hotel a perfect base for exploring Brighton City Centre and is also within a reasonable walking distance of Hove, where I enjoyed watching some cricket at Sussex County Cricket Club. "We had a wonderful stay at Blanch House for our anniversary weekend. Our room was beautifully clean and cosy, with a very comfortable bed. We loved how easy it was to walk to the seafront and pier, and parking with the permit was easy. We only had the continental breakfast, but this was delicious.
