"There's no doubt that the suites square footage size, walkable location and access to subways were excellent .... superbly clean and well appointed ... drawbacks, upon a two hour early arrival with bags there was no human to be found for at least an hour and nowhere was there a chair in the lobby or hallways and even when later contacting management access to the suite was not allowed until two hours at the 3pm marker ..."

"Location, location, location ! Right in the heart of the historic centre. Easy to walk most places. Staff were very helpful and suggested some great places to eat/drink. Very nice to be able to get a glass of wine or cup of coffee in the lobby area. But only realised on the last afternoon. ‘Flat’ was very clean and they maximised the available space to include a bedroom, bathroom and small kitchenette. "Wir hatten das Apartment im Erdgeschoss, mit direktem Zugang von der Straße. An sich, super schön eingerichtet. Boho Style. Küche super ausgestattet und alles sauber. Unser Problem war die Temperatur. Klimaanlage auf 16 Grad gestellt und die Luftentfeuchter an. Beides lief den ganzen Tag und Nacht. Es wurde aber einfach nicht angenehm. Vorallem schlafen war daher eher schwierig. Auch eine Rückfrage und das einstellen vom Personal änderte nichts. Lüften war wegen der Straße auch nur übers...

"Beautiful room in a great location, easily accessible to the Castle and ferries and main downtown area. Loved the room accept the AC didn’t get down to what it was set at and the bathroom could use a shelf in the shower and by the sink where there is plenty of room to add storage. Also outside was a little loud on the weekend and I had to close the window to help keep the noise out which made the room a little warmer on a June night since the AC doesn’t get cold but probably normal for Europe....
