"Beachfront hotel… yes! As many amenities and updates as I expected from a Hilton… not quite. The bed was comfy, the majority of the staff was helpful and friendly, and the pool area was well stocked with towels and chairs. The bathroom was a little in need of updating and I really wanted that bathrobe that was listed as available."

Rolled flack hair is everywhere, old socks, previously left in a room… we couldn’t walk in the floors, was soooo dirty , I think outside was cleaner then inside. I would never recommend to stay there. I made a comment on google , property management apologize and ‘ hopped’ we coma back again. That’s is so crazy to me ."

"This was a special celebration for 1st Cousins being reunited and celebrating a birthday. The villa was so beautiful and enjoyable. I would visit again."

"Great location - steps to the beach, walkable to shopping and restaurants. Minutes from the free trolley stop to take us to shelter cove harbor, we didn't even need to rent a car. Our only issue was that despite full service room cleaning offered on request at check-in, when we asking for this service (every day), this was not accommodated once."

"I was very disappointed to hear that my husband‘s room did not have any hot water for his shower. He contacted somebody right away and was told that somebody would come in to fix it. He it was not. He should’ve been moved to a different room."

"The resort was beautiful but there were a ton of extra fees (Hilton Head Tourism fees) that added up!"

"We were up all night because the room smelled of paint. The building was undergoing renovations. To combat the smell, we kept all the windows open. Unfortunately, we couldn’t reach customer service because it’s automated, and you never speak to a real person. It was the worst experience. I’ve switched to the Heritage hotel, but I can’t say it’s any better. In fact, it’s probably worse. There’s construction scaffolding, and it’s incredibly loud. I’m disappointed with Marriott."

"The staff here is top notch! They communicated via text to welcome us and let us know to advise them of any needs. Addie is amazing! She did a great job with answering our questions and checking on us throughout the stay. The grounds are extremely clean. They do an excellent job of maintaining the building also ans cleaning the rooms. Everything about this place is top notch! In fact, this was our 2nd stay. We loved it so much the first time we were here a weekend ago, that we decided to come...
