We didn't know that we have a special request by email when I'd rather stay on the first floor. "Overall this was a great property to stay at. View was nice and the condo was clean and spacious. "

"Centrally located property. The beach is three blocks away. The staff are friendly and helpful. They texted us immediately after our arrival for help us locate the property. There’s security at the gate. It was quiet and peaceful. My only issue was not having running water for 30 mins. "

"Our stay at the Westin was great all around! Only complaint we would have is the temperature of the pool. It was really hot water...I would rate it at the temp of a hot tube, so there was no relief from the heat. Staff was awesome and very accommodating. Food was good and it was easy to make rsvp's for the restaurant's via the app. There were excursions offered thru swiss travel at the hotel and also Erik Garcia right outside the resorts had great options.
