"We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The hotel and the suite were very clean. The suite itself and the bathroom are spacious. Surrounding area is safe and is the best for Asian food and K-pop lovers with many good restaurants offering authentic food and gift stores. The location is so great that we enjoyed walking along the street and explored restaurants and gifts stores daily. "I stayed here for a work trip and I think it was pretty great. The common areas were clean, the host responded in some occasions. They communicated well with check in and check out. I do have some concerns, I brought up some safety concerns I had concerning one of the other guests and my safety. This guest was up at random hours of the night and I reached out to the host with no response from them. I had to reach out to the housekeeping who reassured me that all cameras do work in case...

"This is the 4th time I've stayed at this hotel. It is always clean. The staff is courteous. And the bar has decently strong drinks. But the real draw for me and why I keep coming back is Steven. He works at the front desk. And each time I return and he is there, he greets me warmly as if we're old friends and I'm staying at his home. He makes the difference for me. Thanks Steven for your kindness and attention to detail!"

"Hi Chicago has comfortable beds, nice en-suite shower and toilet. Lots of extra toilets on 2nd floor but had to find them myself. Laundry also had difficulty, one floor could use coins, other floor couldn’t (change machine there though). Check in was a little rough, not much info given, But young male at reception very helpful, brought ID card up to room. Great location though for museums and lake activities!"

"Beautiful room. Well appointed. love the ambiance. Ashley Cartagena was very helpful with reservations!! Great location. Do not eat here, food is not good especially for the price. Rooftop bar view is cute but cocktails not great, I would skip them. There are dozens of cute coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants, bars & shops all steps away. would definitely stay here again."

"Drinks were super expensive at the bar but everything else was good. Except for the TV in the deluxe room could be better positioned. Ended up with a sore neck trying to watch something."
