"El hotel se encuentra dentro de una area que tiene muchos servicios y restaurantes cerca. Cuenta con estacionamiento privado. Las instalaciones son de 1a calidad y muu bien cuidadas (alberca, restaurante, gimnasio y salones). Los cuartos son amplios, limpios y tienen una cama que invita a un gran desanso. El bano es comodo, muy limpio y con tina. El desayuno es generoso y variado. La atencion del personal es eficiente, amable y resuelven al momento. Definitivamente, recomendo este hotel tanto...

"This is a beautiful, well-maintained property - flowering bushes, palm trees, crotons, ground covers - all tidily kept and in bloom. Very nice. Pretty pool/hot tub area, with poolside delivery of happy hour cocktails and munchies; complimentary breakfast (both continental and hot). People in the pool were friendly and chatted with us, even offered to share their beverages (most had their own coolers). Staff was friendly and helpful. Our suite had a small living area, round table with 2 chairs,...

"This place was really nice. And I couldn't believe how affordable. I got a king bed couch with a pullout mattress and that could easily fit the whole family. The pool area was beautiful and well kept. Parking lot was nice and I was able to park near my room. 10/10 definitely coming here again when I visit McAllen."

"Was forced to book a room at hotel after our area on June 15, 2026 was hit with flooding. Thankfully the road to my home was opened after staying at hotel for about two hours. I spoke to the manager including today June 29 about a refund. I was told I have to pay for the full amount for the room even though there were extenuating circumstances. I’ll never stay here again suggest others avoid them."

"Rooms were nice and clean. We had a good first night. Second night, the people in the room above us were jumping/running around for about an hour. Called the front desk and they tried calling the room with no success. They had to move us into a different room for the second night"

"el hotel ya no esta en el mejor estado, alfombras comunes en malas condiciones, te cobran un deposito de 100 dolares y te lo regresan a comentario de ellos en 7 días. en general todas las instalaciones muy viejas. Solo tengo que resaltar el aseo que hicieron al cuarto muy bien dentro del todo lo regular muy destacable el servicio de quien hizo el aseo del cuarto."
