"When you arrived, you have to wait 10 minutes for somebody to come to the desk. There was nobody. There are no signs to let you know they were away from the desk. "No hot water, no elevator, our room on the second floor. We cancelled on the spot and moved on into the night."

The hardest part for us was the weekend breakfast hours don’t start until 7am which just felt late and the breakfast wasn’t great. They also have no high chairs or water fountains."
